Instrumentation & Controls/SCADA Project Manager at Jacobs. The role focuses on managing Instrumentation and Control (I&C) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system implementation projects in the drinking water and wastewater industry, with a regional focus on the Northwest. Growth opportunities may include management of design-build (DB) and design-build-operate (DBO) projects where I&C/SCADA delivery is self-performed by Jacobs staff. Teleworking is allowed with some in-office time; periodic travel is required. What you'll do

Provide project management services for I&C/SCADA projects, including master planning, design, and SCADA software programming. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet client requirements. Prepare scope and project fee for contracting; coordinate resource assignment with staff managers. Approve material and subcontractor invoices; prepare monthly client invoices; track changes and manage delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Lead multi-location project teams and coordinate with project staff across Jacobs offices. Support or manage DB/DBO projects as applicable, including material procurement and detailed control panel design. Travel as required and balance in-office time with remote work to support project delivery. Qualifications

8 years of direct project management experience delivering instrumentation and control system implementation projects with values over $50,000. Experience with project management tools including schedules, risk registers, and logs for change management. Basic understanding of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Experience with the following hardware and software: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix PLCs; Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware System Platform, and/or Wonderware Intouch HMI systems. Implementation of control system Ethernet networks, including fiber optic and CAT-6 cabling. Operational Technology (OT) systems, including virtual servers and ring networks. Instrument calibration and commissioning; control panel design and fabrication. Experience with design-build project implementation; work in the drinking water and/or wastewater industries; experience with a control system integrator. Ability to manage staff in multiple remote locations. Nice to have

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Active professional engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. 5-15 years of instrumentation and control design or software delivery experience. Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $125,500.00 to $219,500.00 per year. Benefits and equal opportunity
