The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes ensuring quality move-in, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personal attention to residents. The role involves responding to resident service requests and helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service. Essential Job Duties

Prepare all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping. Complete resident service requests promptly. Maintain knowledge of various maintenance functions such as plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety issues. Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks, ensuring they are clean and safe. Perform on-call emergency procedures as required. Report maintenance issues affecting budget or safety to the manager. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, recording activities. Stay informed of relevant housing laws, codes, policies, and systems. Participate in training programs as required. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image. Competencies

Ability to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to interpret data and graphs. Valid Driver's License required. CPO certification if required by city or state. EPA 608 Type II certification minimum. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Education and Experience

High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training. At least 3 years of related experience. EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, or local city certification. Work Environment

Primarily in a professional office environment, with travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, ascend/descend stairs, and lift objects up to 100 pounds. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Other Duties
