Overview

EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, seeks a Field Service Technician for the Green Bay, WI region. EAM-Mosca is privately held with a focused, entrepreneurial culture and serves a blue-chip client base with end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions. The Field Service Technician provides on-site and remote support for a suite of strapping solutions, both standalone and integrated into customer conveyance systems. Responsibilities

Install and commission equipment to ensure reliability and high customer satisfaction Perform preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs on all EAM equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using systematic thinking, test equipment, and hand tools; develop and report plans to execute solutions Collaborate with Mosca Engineering to deliver high levels of customer service Generate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, issues, solutions, and follow-up needs, in a timely and professional manner Communicate daily with area service managers and develop schedules/travel itineraries that meet customer needs and allow sufficient time to complete requested work Work with urgency while staying calm under pressure to ensure top-quality customer service Skills Required

Advanced understanding of machines and systems including pneumatic, hydraulic, bearings, levers, channels, pulleys, cams, and camshafts Basic experience with control systems utilizing Allen Bradley, Siemens, and B&R PLCs Electromechanical experience with conveyance systems; understanding of sensors and electric motors Ability to use a multimeter, perform point-to-point checks, read electrical schematics, and trace circuits Ability to read calipers and micrometers Ability to work independently and take initiative Clear and professional written and verbal communication (web-based service reporting, video conferencing, and in-person interactions) Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. (80%, Monday–Friday) Team, Training and Support

In-house training with continuous on-the-job field training with senior field staff Company car, corporate expense account/credit card Company laptop and cell phone All required personal safety equipment and company-logoed clothing All supporting parts inventory needed for equipment maintenance Company-supplied tools Experience and Education

Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience Spanish is preferred Corrugated industry experience is a plus Mechanical understanding of strapping machines; Mosca experience preferred High school diploma and a valid driver's license Solid mechanical/electrical background; PLC experience preferred Associates degree a plus Benefits
