What You'll Do
Install, program, and troubleshoot
PLC, HMI, and control systems
in live operational environments.
Perform loop checks, I/O verification, and commissioning across multiple platforms.
Calibrate sensors, drives, and instrumentation to ensure performance and uptime.
Collaborate with field engineers, electricians, and operators to maintain system integrity.
Lead or assist in
startup, integration, and system diagnostics
under schedule-driven conditions.
What We're Looking For
3 + years of experience as a
Controls, Automation, or PLC Technician.
Proficiency with
Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Modicon
control systems.
Ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics, ladder logic, and P&IDs.
Strong troubleshooting mindset methodical, patient, precise.
Willingness to travel or accept
long-term nationwide deployments.
Calm under pressure, committed to uptime
failure isn't an option.
Compensation & Deployment Structure
$35-$50 / hour DOE , plus project stipends, per diem, and travel pay.
Premium compensation for high-performance missions and rapid-response deployments.
Deployment assignments under
