We are seeking an Electrically Inclined Maintenance Supervisor with (Reliability & Planning).
Strong expertise in PLC systems, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley controls.
This role is responsible for Managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving control systems, conveyor equipment, and electrical infrastructure within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with CMMS/SAP systems, technical documentation, and managing a small team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PLC-based control systems, including Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms.
Support programming, integration, and optimization of automated systems and equipment.
Maintain and operate conveyor belt systems (up to approximately 300 feet in length).
Manage and oversee 7–20 maintenance technicians, ensuring effective task allocation, safety, and workflow efficiency.
Utilize CMMS, Dossier, or SAP/ERP systems to plan, document, and track maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure uptime and equipment reliability.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support SCADA system operations and data analysis.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities and projects to align with operational goals.

Siwertell Screw Conveyors
AAF Dust Collectors
SCADA systems (operation and troubleshooting experience)
Qualifications:
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in PLC controls, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley systems.
Experience with industrial automation, conveyors, and process equipment.
Working knowledge of SAP, ERP, or CMMS systems for maintenance tracking.
Planning and scheduling experience in maintenance or operations is a strong plus.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and supervise 7–20 team members effectively.
Safety-conscious with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Education & Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, controls, or automation engineering.
