Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a compassionate and motivated speech-language pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis at our respected senior community in Markesan, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and dedicated professional to provide meaningful care in a supportive, therapist-owned environment. As an SLP with Greenfield, you’ll deliver personalized therapy services that help residents regain and maintain their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. SLP responsibilities: Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions that promote safety, communication, and independence

Document progress and outcomes according to regulatory and facility guidelines

Educate residents, families, and staff on strategies for improved function and safety

Collaborate with other therapy and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
