As a pre-licensed Therapist, candidates will have a Master\'s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. The candidate will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs. Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy services and skills training to clients across the lifespan. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client care. Maintain appropriate documentation and communication with clients and staff. Coordinate referrals and manage a flexible schedule. Transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community-based locations as needed. Qualifications
Education Requirements: Master\'s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family. Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis. Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff. Strong scheduling and referral management abilities. Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community-based locations. Benefits
