Oversees daily field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules, enforces safety, and serves as the on-site leader driving project execution. Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred due to the unique compliance, safety, and logistical requirements in medical environments. Key Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise all field operations on assigned commercial projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain productivity and quality. Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and project-specific regulations. Monitor schedules, track daily progress, and implement adjustments to keep the project on time. Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality assurance and proactively resolve issues. Review and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project plans. Oversee material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to support project efficiency. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to align field execution with project goals. Lead and participate in on-site project meetings and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects; healthcare project experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial building methods, safety standards, scheduling, and code compliance. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred. Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Experience with healthcare facility construction projects preferred. Seniority level:
