We are a specialized feed manufacturer located just north of West Lafayette, Indiana. Our 58,000 sq ft plant produces texturized, pelleted, and mineral/premix feeds. We are seeking a dedicated professional who prioritizes quality and efficiency.
Job Summary Responsible for manufacturing feed, ensuring quality control, shipping & receiving, inventory control, customer service, and equipment/plant maintenance. Oversee mill production rates, supervise plant employees, perform maintenance, and maintain high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing livestock feed and ensuring production rates and quality.
Ship/receive, manage customer service and supply chain operations.
Supervise mill employees and oversee plant staffing.
Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and quality control measures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous supervisory and production experience in feed or related manufacturing.
Basic mechanical skills and interest in machinery.
Forklift certification or experience.
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, good attendance record, and strong work ethic.
Desire to produce high-quality products and improve processes.
