How You Will Contribute Manage change and transformation among operating teams in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of Future, line-centric organization and roles. Develop self-sufficient teams through coaching and development. Support the Manufacturing annual operating plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Coach Line Leaders and cascade plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment around priorities and KPI's. Establish strong Governance to review and control operational performance and Continuous Improvement; drive improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems for reliable operations. Ensure Manufacturing standards, Governance, and Compliance requirements (Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health & Safety, Environment, Sustainability, Policies, Local legal requirements, Internal Audit norms) are in place and reviewed for effective implementation. Lead Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team; attract, retain & develop talent; build a sustainable workforce; partner with multi-functional teams to achieve objectives and KPIs. What You Will Bring Strong operational & manufacturing leadership in CPG with experience in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills; analytics, problem solving, and team building abilities. Engineering background with financial/business acumen, project management, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment. More About This Role The base salary range is $95,100 to $110,967, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. BS or MS in Science, Engineering, or Business or equivalent is a plus. Formal TPM, Lean, Six-Sigma training and experience is a plus.
