Job Summary The Procurement Construction Manager provides professional procurement and contract management support for Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities projects. This role ensures compliance with corporate procurement policies, delivers best-value purchasing outcomes, and partners with internal stakeholders to negotiate, manage, and optimize contracts across complex construction and facility management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver “Best Value” procurement services for real estate and construction projects.
Conduct, organize, and document all purchasing activities in compliance with company procedures.
Drive contract negotiations and support the change order process across all project phases.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Professionally challenge suppliers to improve quality, efficiency, and total value delivery.
Support cost control, spend reporting, and supplier performance tracking.
Promote a strong corporate culture of inclusion, integrity, and sustainability.
Perform other procurement and sourcing-related tasks as needed.
Required Experience
5-7 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management in construction or engineering environments.
Proven ability in contract formation, negotiation, and administration.
Experience in change management and dispute resolution for construction projects.
Working knowledge of industry contracting practices and procurement methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Economics, Pre-Law, History, English, or Social Sciences.
