Job Title: A&P Helicopter Mechanic
JBI, a distinguished Bell Helicopter Customer Service Facility with Parts 91, 133, 135, 137, and 145 Repair Station Authorizations, is committed to excellence through maintaining a well-supported fleet of Bell 206, 407, 429, and OH-58 helicopters. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier service and upholding the highest safety standards. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on helicopters according to manufacturer specifications and FAA regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Ensure safety standards are met during all maintenance activities. Work flexible hours and be available for overtime and overnight travel as needed. Qualifications: FAA A&P Mechanic Certificate. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a helicopter mechanic. Experience with Bell 206, 407, 429, and MD500 series aircraft is preferred. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work additional hours and travel occasionally. Clear criminal background check and drug screening.
