Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule. ~ 20 Hours/week, Part-Time, Day shift ~ Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Conditional (LMFT-c) is required We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our newly established CAPS Adolescent Substance Use Disorders treatment team within our CCBHC. In this role you would be providing counseling services (individual and family sessions) to adolescents seeking substance use treatment. We strive to form a positive working relationship that recognizes individual strengths and builds self-awareness. Our programs are based on evidence-based treatments that are client-centered, assisting people wherever they are in their recovery. Responsibilities

Level I: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Maintain clinical records, collaborate with community providers, and participate in team meetings to ensure effective treatment and discharge planning. Work under direct clinical supervision to move toward independent licensure. Level II: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Work under an independent license to provide comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field License/ Certifications:

Level I: LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, or LMFT-c from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR). Level II: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR) Experience: Level I — Behavioral health experience including internship prior to becoming a conditionally licensed clinician. Level II — At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician. Additional Information
