Compensation Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Work Schedule Shift: 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Additional Incentives

Earn more by completing your ASE certifications in T-Series Medium/Heavy Equipment or A-Series Light Truck and receive a one-time bonus for becoming a Certified Master Technician. As an employee, the first test attempt paid for by AES.

On Call Bonus Opportunities

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Use Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) to document all repairs

Follow safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA)

Participate in continuous improvement and training opportunities

Qualifications

1–4 years’ experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC systems

Diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair background

Strong troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

Must provide own hand tools

Strong communication skills

Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license

Team player with the ability to work independently

English language proficiency

Certifications

Med/Heavy Truck or Light Truck Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.

Universal HVAC certification preferred.
