has an exciting opportunity for Aircraft Engine Technicians to work with a global leader in the aviation industry based in
Hartford, CT
for both Contracting and Permanent opportunities. This position comes with a competitive hourly rate and great benefits. Duties within the role are as follows: Perform periodic inspections of engines and aircraft, for example, Thrust Reversers (TR), Major Periodic Inspection (MPI), Hot Section Inspection (HSI) in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals. Perform removal, installation, and replacement of engines and accessories. Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble aircraft engines. Assist Aviation Maintenance Technicians in the operation of ground support equipment (GSE), for example, ground power units, tugs, hydraulic mules, and oxygen servicing units. A successful Engine Technician would have the following qualifications: Valid A&P License 3 years experience in Aircraft Turbine Engine Maintenance Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals.
