Join Endress+Hauser’s NEXUS program as an Engineering Associate and develop your technical and business skills through a 6-12-month personalized program designed for new graduates. You will support our customers and drive our business by gaining hands-on experience, technical expertise, business insight, and understanding of our operations. You will interact with teams across Sales, Service, and Projects. Participants will have access to mentors, peers, and industry experts guiding their learning and career growth. Successful completion may lead to various roles in our US locations. Although this position is advertised now, we are actively recruiting for early to mid 2025. We encourage interested candidates to apply now for interviews and onboarding planned for the first half of 2025. Which tasks will you perform? Learn and develop skills with Endress+Hauser tools and processes across different teams. Address customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, Salesforce, and email. Collaborate with teams to provide technical support and develop solutions. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products. Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving post-sales technical questions and supporting sales. Maintain communication with customers regarding quotes, unresolved issues, and satisfaction. What do we expect from you? Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field Internship, co-op, or work experience in engineering or customer-focused roles Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available Preferred: Leadership skills and teamwork Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Curiosity and openness to new challenges Understanding customer needs to initiate solutions Using customer feedback for improvement Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications What can you expect from us?
