is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Construction Cost Engineer or Cost Manager to be an integral part of their team and continued success.
This position will pay between 120K - 160K depending upon experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
Master's in Construction Management a plus
Commercial Project Experience is a MUST HAVE
3-10+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management Costing and Budgeting within real estate development or construction
Strong Technical Skills
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
