Assembly Technician- Overhaul & Repair 2nd Shift at Eaton. Location: Euclid, OH. This role sits within Eaton's Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) group at the Euclid manufacturing plant. The facility designs and delivers aerospace fuel pumping components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:30PM-12AM. The expected annual salary range is $45,749.97 - $67,099.96, with eligibility for overtime earnings and a variable incentive program. Salary information is a general guideline and based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications. What You’ll Do

Disassemble, inspect, disposition and reassemble customer field returns of high-volume units in accordance with component overhaul manuals and/or other approved technical documents. Perform all tasks to FAA, EASA and CAAC approved procedures. Prepare a concise and accurate documentation package for every repaired or overhauled unit. Develop a clear understanding of all FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures; maintain current knowledge of requirements. Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient processing of repairs through the MRO facility and with internal departments (quality, customer service, stock room) as well as external customers and auditors as required. Ensure required training/re-training is achieved and properly documented for FAA record keeping; participate in departmental continuous improvement projects. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, which could include receiving/shipping, final test, pump testing and non-destructive testing. Qualifications

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

Minimum High School diploma/GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical assembly AND/OR maintenance of mechanical devices such as pumps, motors, etc. Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee). No relocation offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH (Active Duty Military exempt). Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an aerospace environment. Associates degree. Understanding of CMMs, SOPs, engineering drawings and repair sketches. 3 years’ experience in aircraft/engine accessory maintenance. MFG-Pro or other ERP experience. Experience with multiple pump models; strong in administrative tasks such as contract review, RTS, etc.; customer service/UI experience. Skills

Participate in CI events and help problem-solve issues. Effective trainer; ability to cross-train across administrative and repair/overhaul tasks. Problem-solving skills; proper disposition of hardware. Proficient in data entry within MRP system (MFG-Pro). Good communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
