Overview A Journeyman Electrician is responsible for safety, works closely with project management, and is responsible for executing professional quality installations per all current electrical codes.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in the trade and completion of apprenticeship

Ability to read blue prints, legend symbols, scale of plan, branch circuits, one-line and riser diagram

Proficient with hydraulic benders

Ability to trim out devices

Ability to work independently or/and with a team

Responsibilities

Test electrical systems using tools to determine where issues may be occurring, the safety of the system and to ensure compatibility

Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis of the situation and steps taken to resolve issues for each job or situation
