Responsibilities How you will impact PaperWorks

Plan and control production performance as measured against operating targets developed according to machine capabilities, manpower capabilities and projected business.

Assign crews to daily jobs based on work priorities and established schedules. Review machine schedules, order requirements, operating complications, and special instructions with the preceding and relief Production Supervisors.

Responsible for overall shift performance in accordance to established key performance indicators (KPI’s) to include safety, environmental, quality and production efficiency.

Evaluate the availability and condition of raw stock in line with current production requirements, making appropriate adjustments as required. Check board quality against specifications on a continuing basis.

Assure that product quality and production efficiencies meet or exceed established standards.

Foster teamwork, lead change and demonstrate integrity.

Qualifications What you will need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent practical/technical experience.

Five years of experience in a Folding carton plant is strongly preferred.

Meaningful folding carton production experience with the ability to learn new concepts and information.

Strong mathematical, computer and reading skills.

Must possess Leadership skills to be able to lead and train employees.

Must possess a positive attitude.

Good mechanical aptitude.
