Senior Director of Talent Solutions at 24 Seven Talent Overview:
Seeking a Technical Designer to collaborate with Design, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Production teams to support sweater knits development from initial samples through final production and top of production approvals. The role involves creating and managing tech packs, fitting sessions, vendor communications, quality control, and tracking project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain tech packs and graded specs throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage sample submissions, fit sessions, and detailed notes.
Communicate daily with manufacturing partners to ensure technical garment specifications.
Maintain fit sample archive and track all seasonal styles in development and production.
Support preparation for milestone meetings and review inspection reports for quality standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in Technical Design with a focus on sweater knits.
Bachelor’s degree in fashion, emphasizing knitwear or technical design.
In-depth knowledge of knit structures, yarns, grading, and garment quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook; Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
