Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field. Meet contractual requirements for metrics, reporting, and customer management. Respond promptly to emergency and non-scheduled service calls within established response times. Ensure daily service repair needs are met and drive customer satisfaction at assigned sites. Complete scheduled maintenance within deadlines. Document all maintenance and repairs, submitting paperwork on time. Order, install, and return parts following regulations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety procedures and workmanship standards. Report safety incidents and work with management on corrective actions. Complete all training courses timely with passing grades. Uphold the company’s core values: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Report quality problems or defects for corrective action. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications: Associate of Science degree in electronics or related technical discipline, or equivalent military training/experience. 4-6 years of experience in a field service environment, x-ray industry experience preferred, or a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics, engineering, or related field. Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with test equipment (DVM, oscilloscope) and experience with high voltage and x-ray equipment preferred. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn specialized software. Team player capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision. Flexible schedule, including non-standard hours, weekends, and holidays. Available for travel on short notice, including overnight stays. Willingness to travel 75% by air or car. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including Sensitive Security Information (SSI). Additional Details
