Texas . As a Construction Manager on the developer side, you’ll ensure EPC and subcontractor work aligns with project goals, safety standards, and technical specifications — supporting projects from the construction phase through to commissioning. What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities Coordinating construction crews, EPCs, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress and troubleshoot issues. Ensuring all on-site work complies with safety, technical, and quality standards. Communicating progress and challenges to the developer’s project management team. Supporting commissioning preparation and project closeout activities. Preferred Background
Strong understanding of construction execution, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling. Familiarity with BESS installation, civil, electrical, and mechanical works. Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills. Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across Texas. Proven ability to enforce safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance on-site. About the Opportunity
