What you’ll do Disassemble and clean parts for rebuild. Reassemble new or reconditioned parts. Use of jib cranes, fork trucks, and overhead cranes-all training provided. Bearing disassembly, cleaning, mounting, and assembly Tube bending Use of a torch Use of measuring devices, calipers, mics, feeler gauges Perform field service jobs with steel mills. Routinely repair/maintain facility machinery, tools, and equipment. Blueprint reading-interpret drawings. Complete inspection forms and related paperwork Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
