Job Summary Masters Electrician – Shift: 3rd (11pm‑7am). Pay: $44‑$50.22/hr. Primary duties include providing safe and timely electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.

What You Need To Succeed
2‑3 years in troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level
Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3‑phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, power transmission systems)
Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Able to install and set up both AC and DC drives
PLC troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability with practical mechanical & electrical aptitude
Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearings
Basic welding skills preferred but not required
Familiar with pumps, both air and electric
Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3‑phase motor control circuits
Some knowledge of various types of sensors and limit switches
Familiar with computers and Microsoft software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
Ability to work flexible hours, overtime
High school diploma or equivalent; Military training and or Technical School preferred

Starting range $44/hr – $50.22/hr, depending on role, level, and location. Additional benefits may include short‑term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, paid sick leave (as required by law), 5 days of paid vacation after 1 year of service, and 11 days of paid holidays (subject to annual change).
