Position Overview The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for importing merchandises from overseas, working with related parties in expediting the orders and communicating with overseas office and suppliers. Working in conjunction with Merchandising team, Product Development team, Sales team and Operation team to ensure orders process in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will also work with our overseas order coordination team to manage all orders placed to the suppliers, and assist with logistics /in‑bound shipments, and partner with freight forwarders.

Duties & Responsibilities Importing Process

Working with freight forwarder/customs broker for importing shipment

Verify the import duty rate and file/document in the system

Supply the shipping documents including PL, CI and all other certificates.

Daily IT spreadsheet update and AX system update with freight forwarder and FAF operation team.

Reconcile freight invoices and monitor the freight analysis.

Update the ocean and air freight spreadsheets from the service provider

Annually update Fish and Wildlife certificate

Order Coordination

Kick‑off meeting for all new programs with providing the checklist and follow the timeline set up in the checklist

Communicating with FAF overseas team and vendors for all new orders

Request program samples

Set up the packaging in the system

Program set up (including packaging, duty rate, freight & labor)

Monthly order coordination meeting with overseas team

Review the open orders and sample tracker weekly

Log‑in the customer request samples and pass to the related parties (Merchandising and Sales)

Review status of any open projects

Review incoming shipments log

Create non‑conformance/RPO for any styles that are rejected at FAF

Run P&L reports

Work with graphics/sales on all new packaging/displays

Work with vendors to approve new cards/displays

Set up/negotiate pricing on packaging/displays/signs for above customers

Check in and inspect/work with merchandising on PP/TOP samples

Work with vendors on all rejections/changes on PP/TOP samples

Work with sales/planning on any shipment delays

Send sustainability reports to internal staff

Coordinate shipping plan with team

Check daily IT report to make sure shipments aren’t late – report to sales/planning if needed

Add actual freight/cost‑per‑piece pricing to all programs and link to P&L

Managing overseas team support the order execution

Review all new IT’s to make sure all is correct (size, cartons, destination, packing slip, etc.), change status of program if shipped complete

Coordinate domestic styles (ring snuggie, lobe wonder) with vendor

Inspect all overseas shipments that arrive onsite

Review/approve all freight invoices and make sure rates are correct

Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

At least 2 years of experience in Import/supply chain processing

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborating with co‑workers.

Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Ability to give direction and follow up on expected results

Job Type Full‑time

Pay Range $55,000 - $65,000 Annually
