We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Sales and Service BDC operations, lead our talented team, and help drive measurable success in both departments. Position Overview
This leadership role oversees all communication and appointment activity for both the
Sales
and
Service
BDCs. The BDC Manager will motivate and coach team members, optimize CRM and scheduling processes, and ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly and professionally — whether the customer is buying, servicing, or scheduling mobile or pick-up & delivery service. What You’ll Do
Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Service BDC team to meet daily and monthly appointment goals. Manage consistent follow-up processes in
VinSolutions
to maximize lead conversion and retention. Conduct daily huddles, consistent performance reviews, and targeted coaching sessions. Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on communication and accountability while leading by example. Sales BDC Responsibilities Ensure all internet, phone, and chat leads are contacted quickly and effectively. Improve appointment set and show rates through strong CRM management and process refinement. Collaborate with Sales Management to align team activity with dealership sales goals. Service BDC Responsibilities Oversee appointment scheduling in
X-Time
for maintenance, repair, mobile service, and pick-up & delivery. Maintain a balanced schedule and coordinate with Service Advisors and Dispatch for smooth operations. Ensure customers receive timely updates and proactive communication throughout their service visit. Develop outbound service campaigns to increase retention and drive additional revenue. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing a business development center or customer communication team (automotive preferred). Strong knowledge of
VinSolutions
and
X-Time . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven success motivating teams to achieve measurable results. Passion for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Compensation & Benefits
