A leading infrastructure contractor in the Midwest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Manager
to oversee complex water, wastewater, and renewable energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or environmental construction, with proven experience managing multi-million-dollar public works projects from pre-construction through closeout. Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Manage project budgets, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Oversee field operations and provide leadership to superintendents and foremen. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Participate in design-build and CMAR project delivery processes. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction project management. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project). Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., DBB, DB, CMAR). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. PMP or CCM certification is a plus. What's Offered
