Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations for Terras, Pool Dining, and IRD to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction aligned with CIVANA’s brand standards.
Scheduling & Labor Management: Develop and manage schedules that flex with business needs, balancing guest experience and labor efficiency across all outlets.
Inventory & Cost Controls: Maintain accurate beverage and supply inventories for Terras, Pool Bars, and IRD; monitor usage, par levels, and vendor performance to meet cost targets.
Financial Accountability: Track and manage labor, beverage cost, comps, and discounts to achieve department profitability goals.
Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor F&B supervisors and hourly team members to deliver service excellence consistent with CIVANA’s culture of wellness and hospitality.
Guest Experience: Maintain a visible floor presence, engaging guests and supporting staff to ensure personalized, elevated dining experiences.
Technology & Systems: Serve as the onsite expert for Micros POS adjustments, reporting, and troubleshooting; partner with Finance and HR to ensure payroll accuracy (timecards, tips, PTO, and compliance).
Collaboration: Partner closely with Culinary, Spa, Rooms, and Events leaders to deliver cohesive resort-wide F&B experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of F&B leadership experience in a resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
Proven success managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in labor, inventory, and cost control management.
Proficiency in Micros POS and payroll/timekeeping systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for wellness, sustainability, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
