Waking early because success waits for no sleeper Opening up your company-provided iPad and iPhone to review opportunities Arriving at the shop early to prepare for your team’s success Meeting with the Installation Manager to review the prior day’s work and understand today’s scope Arriving at the customer home in a clean installation truck and delivering high-quality service that earns great reviews Receiving real-time coaching and support as needed Having parts and materials delivered to keep your head in the game Collecting payment from the customer to ensure the company is paid, and you are compensated Heading to the warehouse with the team to prepare for the next day’s install What We Do
All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Regardless of the task, we do it right and focus on customer care by presenting options and empowering decisions for the home and family. Job Duties
Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices Accurately diagnose problems in clients’ HVAC systems Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a low callback ratio Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness on the inside and outside What to Do Next

Oversees the work of the Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
