This opportunity is contingent on program funding; start dates are determined after funding confirmation. On-site daily in Roy, UT. Responsibilities

Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide material financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Contribute experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and apply them to multiple contracts for Material Control Accounts. Assist and guide the implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and CAMs, ensuring compliance with DoD EVMS guidelines and the Air Dominance Division EVM System. Prepare month-end reports; develop and review EACs; incorporate changes into the EVMS to maintain Major Subcontracts/GP cost and schedule baselines. Assist CAMs for EVMS activities including: WBS alignment, time phasing of purchases, developing and documenting earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis, variance analysis, and reporting. Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required. Develop budgets and schedules for contract work and perform or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Analyze material data and coordinate with control account managers to review data; provide support to Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers; assist with audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and suppliers. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a Master’s Degree with entry level experience in these areas. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret Clearance (DoD in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Preferred Qualifications

Financial forecasting and/or material accounting experience. Experience with Group Pegging and Distribution (GPD). Experience with Business Systems (SAP/Cobra). Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00. The salary range is a general guideline and may be adjusted based on factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
