This role is crucial in defining the enterprise‑wide Gen AI strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the responsible and impactful adoption of AI technologies that drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Visionary : Define and execute a forward‑thinking Gen AI strategy that aligns with enterprise objectives and cross‑functional priorities, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements in AI technology

Architectural Excellence : Design and implement scalable Gen AI solutions that cater to a wide array of use cases across critical departments, including operations, finance, HR, marketing, and customer service

Lifecycle Leadership : Oversee the complete lifecycle of Gen AI initiatives—from ideation and model selection to deployment, monitoring, and iterative enhancement—ensuring best practices are followed at every stage

Collaborative Innovator : Partner with business leaders, data science teams, and IT to pinpoint high‑impact opportunities, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows

Executive Communication : Articulate Gen AI roadmaps, performance metrics, and strategic insights to executive stakeholders and the Global Leadership Team, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies

Governance Advocate : Establish robust governance frameworks for ethical AI use, model explainability, and compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring responsible AI practices are embedded in the organization

Mentorship and Development : Build and mentor a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, fostering a culture of innovation and readiness for enterprise‑scale AI deployment

Required Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML or data technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI technologies and large‑scale enterprise implementations

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Gen AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), cloud platforms, and advanced data engineering tools

Communication Skills : Proven ability to distill complex AI concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences, including C‑suite executives

Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional teams and driving AI adoption across various business domains

Methodological Familiarity : Knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise architecture principles
