What You’ll Do As a
Millwright , you’ll be the go‑to expert keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll use your mechanical skills to install, maintain, and repair machinery that powers our concrete and aggregate operations. Every day brings a new challenge — and a chance to see your work make an immediate impact.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
Hands‑On Work:
Repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
Welding & Fabrication:
Weld pipe, torch cut, and fabricate components to keep production moving.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose issues, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Tool & Equipment Use:
Operate manlifts, telehandlers, skid loaders, and all the tools of the trade.
Safety First:
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards — because at YBP, safety isn’t optional.
Adapt & Excel:
Work both indoors and outdoors, in all conditions, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work when needed.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a
Millwright , Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role
Strong
welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair
skills
Knowledge of
conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings
Ability to
troubleshoot
and solve problems on the fly
Experience operating
manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs, climb, and work at heights
A
safety‑first mindset
and commitment to quality work
Welding or Millwright certification (preferred, not required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
