If you're passionate about planning and control, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a global leader in energy solutions.**How You'll Make an Impact*** Plan and schedule customer orders to align with delivery dates and production schedules.* Control production schedules and coordinate material requirements for a smooth flow of approved materials.* Support local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner, and Material Planner.* Implement planning technology solutions locally.* Ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements, promoting customer satisfaction.* Develop long-term continuous improvement programs with customers, vendors, and transportation groups.* Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies to achieve operating efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.* Provide technical assistance to less experienced staff.**Your Background*** Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree in a business or related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience.* Must have work authorization to permanently work for Hitachi Energy in the US.* Prior experience in planning and scheduling is preferred.* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.* Prefer SAP experience.* Strong coordinating skills to manage multiple logistics responsibilities.At Hitachi Energy, we believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where innovation thrives.
