We are seeking an HR and Office Manager to become a part of our growing team! You will be responsible for managing HR and office management activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Manage offer letter generation, pre-employment checks and new hire onboarding
Implement company culture, values and policies
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
Advocate for employee retention and development
Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Organizing the office layout, maintaining common areas, and managing filing systems
Ordering office supplies, stationery, and maintaining inventory
Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries, and communicating with employees, customers, and visitors
Generate and manage social media content from creation to posting
Qualifications:
Quickbooks knowledge
Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong leadership qualities
