Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior/Scheduler Analyst
to support one of the most iconic infrastructure initiatives in the United States — the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). We are partnering with Parsons and Mace as part of the
MPA Delivery Partner team , selected by the Gateway Development Commission to deliver this transformative project. The HTP is a critical component of the Gateway Program — one of the most ambitious transportation initiatives in the nation—and is designed to strengthen mobility, resiliency, and reliability of the Northeast Corridor. The project encompasses a new two-track rail tunnel beneath the Hudson River, plus rehabilitation of the 113-year-old North River Tunnel. This vital infrastructure serves more than 200,000 daily passengers and supports economic activity and connectivity between New York and New Jersey. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure program that will reshape rail transportation and drive sustainable growth. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools, considering all activities, dependencies, and constraints. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish requirements, milestones, and critical path activities to create an accurate and feasible schedule. Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and resource leveling, to identify potential delays and optimization opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on schedule data to support decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure objectives are achieved within timelines and budget. Monitor schedule performance, track progress against milestones, and report on status, deviations, and variances to project teams and stakeholders. Prepare schedule reports, graphical presentations, and visual representations for meetings and presentations to senior management. Support the development of baseline schedules, progress measurement methodologies, and earned value analysis to evaluate performance and adherence. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5-7 years of proven experience as a Scheduler or Scheduler Analyst in large construction projects, with a focus on tunneling or infrastructure projects. Key Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project schedules and data. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision; EAP; 401K; STD; LTD; AD&D; life insurance; paid parental leave; rewards and recognition programs; and optional wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We provide nine paid holidays and 15 days of PTO (accrued).
