Overview

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you’ll work to ensure the financial success of healthcare organizations by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will be given ownership of customer relationships early on and will lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives. By applying numerical analysis to customers' financial concerns and evaluating and analyzing revenue cycle risk factors, you’ll have a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry. Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Location & Relocation

Monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support financial success for healthcare organizations. Own customer relationships early in the engagement and lead discussions with healthcare executives. Isolate potential financial risks for customers and effectively convey those risks. Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors. Contribute to the transformation of the healthcare industry through data-driven insights. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in a Finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination
