that helps leading political and advocacy campaigns run smarter and scale faster. They’re looking for a
Client Services Lead
to join their on-site team in
West Springfield, VA , managing high-profile campaigns and driving real impact across the political landscape. If you’re fluent in programmatic, passionate about client relationships, and eager to turn complex media data into actionable results, this is the opportunity for you. This position will manage high-profile political client relationships from around the country and will ensure the successful execution of their programmatic media campaigns. You will be responsible for driving strategic insights to internal and external teams to enhance campaign effectiveness, and maintaining client satisfaction with your keen media expertise. This position is based out of our client’s office in West Springfield, VA until 12/31/2026 when it transitions to fully remote. The client specializes in Republican political and advocacy campaigns, and this role will provide direct support to GOP focused initiatives. This spans from county-level campaigns to large-scale Federal races with some of the biggest names in US Politics. This position reports to the Associate Director of Client Services who will be working in person with you at the West Springfield office. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr Key Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on programmatic experience (agency or DSP-side) Experience managing political campaigns Proven client-facing experience including direct communication, reporting, and strategic support Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration Full Health & Dental Benefits 401(k) with immediate effect, with company match Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with strategic guidance, campaign updates, and performance reporting Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with objectives and fostering long-term partnerships Contribute to client meetings and communications, offering proactive and solutions-oriented support Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with political messaging and business goals Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance; troubleshoot issues with a problem-solving mindset alongside the media buying team Work closely with internal teams—including data analytics, creative, and campaign managers—to ensure seamless campaign integration and strategy alignment Stay current on trends in programmatic media and political advertising to inform client strategies and drive innovation Job function
