As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll work to ensure the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will track key performance indicators, identify potential financial risks, and offer best practices. You will own customer relationships early on and lead discussions with healthcare executives to impact decision making. You will apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors, directly contributing to the transformation of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
Monitor operational metrics for healthcare organizations and provide meaningful financial analysis.
Track key performance indicators and identify potential financial risks.

Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns, evaluate revenue cycle risk factors, and contribute to strategic improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related area with a history of academic success
Work experience in a finance-related field is preferred
Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
Ability to assess data accuracy by comparing to budgets/forecasts
Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
