Pay Range $25.00 – $40.00 full‑time
Overview 3Wire is looking for experienced and professional Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians to support our commercial kitchen equipment service locations across California and Washington. We repair equipment in restaurants, hotels, and institutions, provide preventative maintenance, installations, and training programs.

Executing repairs
Performing preventative maintenance
Essential Responsibilities
Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. Communicate with dispatch upon arrival and departure from an assignment.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, including dispatchers, parts agents, customers, general managers, and suppliers.
Must be available for overtime calls and weekend service schedules.
Maintain company vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory management.
Responsible for returning parts to the warranty department.
Qualifications
Previous experience in refrigeration, cooking, HVAC equipment service, or related military service.
Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
Extremely strong customer communication skills.
100% dedication to being on time, staying organized, and working hard.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with walk‑ins, coolers, freezers, ice machines, prep tables, fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, broilers, and ware wash equipment.
CFESA certification and related training.
EPA universal certification.
Computer literate.
