Job Summary The
Cell Tower Foreman
in the
Cleveland (GA)
market will supervise and perform various construction tasks related to tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing, and troubleshooting. This role requires extensive experience in cellular construction. The Foreman will oversee and assist with cell site construction and testing, lead experienced technicians, train new technicians, and ensure safety and productivity on job sites. Strong leadership, construction, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance skills are essential. What Will You Do
Responsibilities include: Planning daily crew activities and task assignments. Monitoring crew safety and adherence to policies. Installing and maintaining mounts, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and related equipment on towers and structures. Handling coaxial, power, and fiber optic transmission lines. Maintaining microwave equipment. Testing equipment, including sweep, PIM, or fiber testing. Installing ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms. Installing underground and in-building conduits for electrical and backhaul circuits. What You Will Need
Qualifications: Ability to manage a small crew and maintain safety. Excellent physical conditioning and stamina. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Adherence to safety procedures and company policies. High School Diploma. Minimum 5 years’ experience in cellular construction (2 years as a lead). Basic computer skills for equipment programming and site documentation. Sweep & PIM testing certifications (practical test may be conducted). Fiber testing certification. Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification (recertification by Centerline possible). First Aid & CPR certification (recertification by Centerline possible). NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certifications are a plus but not required. Work Environment Willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy. Physical ability to perform job duties, including climbing heights exceeding 300 feet. Good vision for detailed work and safety.
