Exercise Planner

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Exercise Planner to support our program at Fort Dodge, Iowa. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent on contract award. How the Role will make an impact: Provide subject matter expert support throughout all phases of exercise planning, and develop and implement an effective, reliable exercise program that will systematically and periodically be updated. Plan joint exercises and meet all requirements in the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) in accordance with CJCS Guide 3501, The Joint Training System. What you’ll need to have to join our team: Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military schooling (e.g., Army CGSC, ILE). At least 10 years’ Military or DoD experience, including 2 years in exercise planning using the JELC process. Experience in large constructive exercises, multi-domain events, and implementation of JLCCTC. What Sets you apart: Understanding of LVCG concepts.
