The estimated base salary range is “x to X” per year. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience and other factors. Benefits:
Prorated 80 hours of vacation and 24 hours sick time, 10 paid holidays, 1 personal wellness day, STD, LTD, 401k match, medical/RX, dental, vision, life insurance and more. Personal development to grow your career. A benefits package is included as part of the remuneration. Sign-on Bonus:
$750 total = $375 at 3 months AND $375 at 9 months of service. Job Output
This position is responsible for safely producing and finishing solid and veneered wood products using advanced machinery, hand tools, and sanding equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Note: Other duties may be assigned. Production needs include but are not limited to customer orders, inventory, product samples, and product development prototypes. Responsible for the safety and well-being of self as well as all associates within the facility. High attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work. Oversee the operation of the machine ensuring safe work practices and a safe work environment. Supervisory and Travel

Overtime Must be able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Some knowledge of wood products and finishing preferred. 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED Physical Demands
