About Our Nonprofit Outreach Team We partner with leading
501(c)(3) nonprofits , advocacy organizations, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, engage donors, and grow grassroots support. Our team connects with communities at live events and public outreach programs to create genuine impact.
Your Role: Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
Represent nonprofits at fundraisers, community events, and outreach programs
Engage in friendly, meaningful conversations — no scripts or cold calling
Educate the public about nonprofit missions and social causes
Build long-term relationships to increase donor support and advocacy
Collaborate with your team to ensure successful grassroots marketing campaigns
Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and integrity at all times

paid training
and ongoing mentorship for all

Ideal candidates are:
Aged 18-30 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow in a team setting
