Overview
A California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Project Manager to help lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Oakland, CA office. Responsibilities
Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration Manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants Review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance Play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates Qualifications
License and degree in Architecture 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role) Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products Experience working on K-12 Education projects Benefits & Additional Information
