Operations Manager . We look for supervisors who can preplan, organize, track, and audit day-to-day field operations of workers and hours in commercial drywall systems on-site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain excellent customer relations Manage the Project Manager (PM) staff and the General Superintendent through coaching Ensure accountability and adherence to job descriptions Schedule and attend all monthly Drive Meetings Attend Foremen Meetings and assist as needed Approve all weekly sub pay applications Facilitate and outline pre-planning meetings for projects Attend WIP Meetings with the General Manager at the end of each month Approve all field raises Discover and implement new methods to improve project execution Develop and implement strategies for success in new product lines Participate in staff training and development Ensure project budgets align with estimators' margins and review discrepancies with PM & Estimator Assign new projects to PMs Assist in superintendent project assignments Help remove or navigate through roadblocks for team success Review wall-up payouts Manage employee review processes and goal setting for direct reports Support branch and company initiatives as needed Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience: Knowledge of construction techniques and scheduling of purchases Skills: Ability to work under pressure, proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Why PWI?
