ABOUT THE COMPANY ISCO is a family owned and operated company born and raised in Louisville, KY that is focused on our team members’ growth. ISCO has grown into a global piping solutions provider with more than 30 facilities across the United States and Canada. They have developed and honed custom fabrication and spooling ability. They’re fabricators have decades of experience making HDPE structures such as manholes, tanks, fittings, geothermal vaults, and more. ISCO also makes sure every project has the right equipment by selling and renting tools and fusion equipment. They’re proud to serve a long and growing list of markets including municipal, waterworks, landfill, marine, golf, geothermal, industrial, energy, EPC, and more.

The Operations Manager will oversee all operations at our rental and fulfillment facilities in Midland, TX, Shawnee, OK, Williston, ND and Pryor, OK. The Oilfield Operations Manager will manage the order fulfillment team and equipment rental operations while maintaining ISCO’s core values and mission statement.

Directly support, manage, coach & lead four facilities with 15+ team members in Equipment Rental, Distribution, Order Fulfillment and Maintenance. Manage and coordinate equipment rental business including fleet management, proper fleet mix, accessory management, maintenance and inventory. This business is done both in a counter sales and office environment. Manage and coordinate the field technician team including scheduling, training, support accountability. Manage and coordinate order fulfillment team and customer experience. Provide hands-on support to team members and all facility needs. Lead from the front, not the desk. Must have daily urgency and pace that helps satisfies customer needs and maintains the expected growth of the business. Ensure all established costs, quality, customer service standards and delivery commitments are met. Oversee and monitor Safety programs and initiatives to ensure team member and company compliance with applicable laws and standards. Oversee and monitor Risk Management programs and initiatives at all assigned facilities to ensure team member and customer safety/health and compliance with applicable laws and standards. Monitor and maintain production and quality control standards and monitor data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs, prevent operational delays and achieve maximum profitability with efficient operations. Improve operational processes, develop and challenge team members. Participate in some minor recruiting initiatives in the geographic area. Foster a culture of continuous development while building future leaders. Support high team member engagement. Perform other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in business, management, closely related field required or the equivalent knowledge, education and experience. Minimum of a High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years’ experience leading and managing in a manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environment. Proficient knowledge and business use of Microsoft Office products. Training and onboarding will require travel along with travel between facilities. Available to work extended hours and occasional weekends as needed.
