POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Division Order Analyst role is vital to the set‑up and maintenance of the Company’s ownership records. The ideal candidate will have experience in oil and gas records.
Special focus will be placed on:
Reading and interpreting contracts, including conveyance, lease and other oil and gas contractual documents
Creating cross‑references from wells to leases and other contracts
Capturing pertinent data in records system
Interacting with landowners and internal stake holders
Resolving routine and complex ownership issues
Supporting acquisition records assimilation
Mentoring less experienced team members
Serving as point‑of‑contact for assigned projects
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field or equivalent combination or education and experience
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Enjoys research‑intense assignments
Strong written and oral communications
Patient demeanor when interacting with landowners
Proficient in Excel and Word Experience in Enertia
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods working at a desk in front of a computer.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
