Position Summary
Anistar is seeking aDAS Project Manager that is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), DRAN/ERRCS, and in-building wireless projects — ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role bridges engineering, operations, and field execution, driving project schedules, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through close-out. Job Responsibilities
Plan and manage all phases of DAS and in-building wireless projects — from RF survey, design, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and customer acceptance. Own project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring technical quality and adherence to customer requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams — including engineering, construction, and field crews — to ensure seamless execution and timely issue resolution. Track financial performance (ROMs, budgets, BOMs, change orders) to maintain predictable margins and cost discipline. Lead customer and partner communications, including recurring status updates, design reviews, and project health checks. Facilitate internal project huddles and maintain alignment across Estimating, Operations, and Engineering. Oversee documentation control using Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to ensure version integrity and clear audit trails.
