Front Office Supervisor (Part-Time)
Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport (HOT0C18P)
Our hotel features 174 guest rooms and is located two miles from Orlando International Airport. We have more than 20 team members reporting to the Front Office Manager.
Shift Pattern:
2-3 shifts per week (3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7:30 AM), weekdays, weekends, holidays.
Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hour plus incentive opportunities.

What will I be doing?
Assign work and supervise team member performance in all front‑office procedures, including guest check‑in/check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and room rates and availability.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and resolving guest complaints.
Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members.
Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance.
Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
